Class Descriptions
Pole Dance Classes: Pole dance classes can be designed for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. Beginner pole classes cover walking, posing and basic spins. Intermediate classes include spins, transitional moves and strength building exercises. Advanced classes will take you off the floor ! These classes will include climbing, advanced holds, inversions and more!
The more advanced my students become, the more pole education I seek out to become the best teacher and role model I can be.
Exotic Dance Classes: These classes are designed to be fun, sexy and give you a great workout! These classes are a beautiful compliment to your Pole practice, as they will help to be more fluid as you move around the pole and give you some ideas for transitions you can add to your pole routine. You will get an amazing workout balancing your body, articulating your spine, letting go of your inhibitions, and creatively flowing to slow sensual music while building your physical & emotional strength & well being. You will leave feeling sexy, elegant, and confident!
